AWP Diversity Fund I

AWP Diversity Fund I LP was Alternative Wealth Partners’ Inaugural Fund. Targeting $50M and 3X+ returns, AWP DFI closed early to new investors in March of 2023. The fund started delivering returns to investors in less than 30 days and only $5M was deployed.

Accredited investors have the opportunity to add alternatives to their portfolio through a diversified, private equity fund. This blended fund offers investors access to institutional-grade investments that preserve and grow wealth. With a single capital allocation (investment) investors can have portfolio exposure to energy, manufacturing, real estate, and commodities.

AWP Energy Fund I

AWP Energy Fund I is all about making oil & gas investing simple, derisked, and profitable for "Main Street" investors. Most investors don't know the difference between good operators and bad. We use our multi-generational and decade-plus relationships to work with the best in the private oil & gas space.

Investors are exposed to a blended portfolio of energy assets that deliver free cash flow and large tax deductions. Y1 and Y2 tax deductions allowed investors to reduce their capital exposure by 100%, netting them an over 45% return in Y1.

Investors are currently receiving 2%+ quarterly dividends from actively producing oil & gas properties.

Dapper Boi is a San Diego-based body-inclusive apparel line founded in 2015 by married couple Vicky and Charisse Pasche.

With an industry-disrupting commitment to inclusion, affirmation, and quality, their celebrated clothing business went from a crowdfunded passion project to a seven-figure company in five years through its social media presence. Over the last eight years they have generated $4M in sales with a customer base of over 30,000 people from all genders, sizes and body types, and with an unheard of repeat customer rate of 71%.

Less than 2% of VC money goes to women, with even less going to openly LGBTQ+ founders; Less than 2% of women-owned businesses generate over $1M in annual revenue.

Dapper Boi continues to defy all odds: they are in the top .5% of the 2.2 million Shopify stores.

Kelly Ann & AWP have been an incredible and essential partner.

Other investors told us we were too niche, but Kelly looked at the results we were producing and understood the vision immediately.

To have somebody already believe in you as a founder and actually be aligned is so important. She gave us confidence along with a check.
