Breaking the M O L D.

Breaking the M O L D.

Private Equity has been an "old boys club" for decades.

The alternative investment asset class carries the reputation of being reserved for Ultra-High Net Worth individuals, Family Offices, or institutional investors like banks.

After spending the last decade connecting investor capital to unique opportunities under other people's track records, Kelly Ann Winget founded Alternative Wealth Partners to change the narrative.

Kelly Ann has used her privilege to step into rooms often devoid of young women, offering fresh insights, innovative strategies, and exclusive access to off-market opportunities. She leverages her expertise to break down barriers, championing a more inclusive and transparent approach to investing.

Under her leadership, AWP is rewriting the playbook for private equity—delivering high-impact opportunities to everyday millionaires.

Kelly Ann Winget

Founder & CEO

Kelly Ann Winget is the founder of Alternative Wealth Partners (AWP), a private equity firm dedicated to creating diversified portfolios of alternative assets. With a mission to make private equity accessible and inclusive, Kelly has become a trailblazer in reshaping how modern investors approach wealth-building.

Coming from a fifth-generation oil and gas family, Kelly’s entrepreneurial journey began at 15, working in sales, healthcare, construction, and consulting. These roles in traditionally male-dominated industries gave her a broad perspective on operations and leadership, shaping her innovative approach to investment management.

Before launching AWP in 2020, Kelly raised nearly $1 billion in private capital for startups, real estate, manufacturing, and oil and gas projects. Witnessing the exclusivity of traditional private equity, she was inspired to create a platform that opens up institutional-grade opportunities to everyday investors.

AWP focuses on non-correlated, income-generating investments in sectors like energy, infrastructure, and real estate. With two successful funds under her belt and a third launched 2024, Kelly has proven her ability to deliver impactful results while fostering financial education and transparency.

Her approach goes beyond profits, empowering investors to align their financial strategies with their goals and values. By connecting capital to meaningful opportunities, Kelly continues to build a loyal base of investors who value her commitment to diversification, growth, and community impact.

Through AWP, Kelly is redefining private equity, making it a transformative tool for wealth-building and meaningful change.
